How To Make A Construction Paper Christmas Tree Craft:
STEP 1: Start by making a snowman’s body. Take a white construction paper and cut three circles of three different sizes. (One should be large, then medium, and one smaller one so that you can arrange them bigger one at the bottom and smaller one at the top)
STEP 2: Time to glue those circles. Start by gluing the medium circle on the top of the bigger circle, and then the smaller circle on the top of a medium circle. (The bigger circle is the base of the snowman and the smaller circle is the head of the snowman). Let it dry completely. And this is how your DIY paper snowman’s body is ready.
STEP 3: Give your paper snowman vision to see this beautiful world. Take two googly eyes and then glue them on the smaller circle (the head). Glue it slightly lower side so that you can add the snowman’s hat later.

STEP 4: Time to give more character to your snowman by adding a nose. Take an orange construction paper and cut a small triangle. Glue this triangle just below the eyes, in the middle pointing slightly on the side to add that adorable and playful look.
STEP 5: To add a playful and jolly smile to the snowman’s face, use a black or blue marker. Make a small dotted line slightly curved below the nose, to make him look like he is enjoying the chilly weather.
STEP 6: Glue buttons to the snowman’s body (to the medium circle) to mimic a fluffy overcoat or jacket. Take three big red buttons or pom-poms and glue them vertically on the medium circle. (You can use colorful buttons to make your snowman look more bright and festive)
STEP 7: To make a snowman’s arms, cut thin strips of brown paper (you can small twigs too). Glue them to the side of the medium circle.

STEP 8: Time to give our snowman a hat. Take pink felt glitter paper or you can use construction paper or fabric. Cut the hat shape out of pink felt paper and then to add more detail, you can use thin blue felt paper strips. (You can use any color paper of your choice).
STEP 9: Glue these strips onto the hat and your snowman’s hat craft is ready. You can also glue a cotton ball to give a more cozy snowy and wintery look. Let it dry completely before gluing it to the snowman’s head.
STEP 10: Once the hat snowmans’ hat is completely dry, glue it to the smaller circle (the snowman’s head) just above the eyes. You can slightly tilt the hat to make it look like it’s been tilted by the chilly wind.
STEP 11: To make a snowman’s scarf, you can either use colored paper or simply use white construction paper and then make stripes or patterns of your choice using sketch pens. Cut two thin strips of construction paper and with the help of a sketch pen make stripes or any pattern to make it look more detailed and stylish.

STEP 12: Glue one strip horizontally just on the snowman’s neck area and one next to the first strip and slightly tilt to make it look like the end of the scarf is hanging. Let it completely dry.
STEP 13: Take a sky blue construction paper to make a background for your cute construction paper snowman craft. Once your snowman is completely dry glue your snowman onto the blue construction paper. Glue cotton balls and cotton pieces on the blue background to give a snowfall effect.
STEP 14: Finally, take a look at your cute construction paper snowman craft and make sure everything is perfect before you use it as your winter or Christmas display. You can use glitter glue or glitter pen to add more sparkle to your paper snowman craft.

Tips For Construction Paper Christmas Tree Craft:
Tip 1: Use circular objects like bowls, lids, cups, or some tools to make a circle, if you are not confident making circles freehand. But I will suggest going freehand to make your snowman look more irregular and realistic just like we make real snowmen.
Tip 2: Use different materials to make a snowman’s scarf craft like fabric, felt paper, textured or patterned paper. This will add more style and a unique look to your snowman’s craft.
Tip 3: To make a fluffier and textured snowy effect on the background or snowman’s hat, slightly pull apart cotton balls. This will add more volume to the cotton hence giving it more fluffier and natural look.

Tip 4: Before gluing your snowman onto the blue background you can use double-sided tape or glue dots/drops to give a more elevated and 3D look. This will add a more enhanced dynamic and layered effect.
Tip 5: To make your blue background more glittery and snowy you can use a silver glitter pen to give a snowfall effect. You can also use star-shaped stickers, glitter powder, rhinestones, or silver gemstones.
Tip 6: For the more realistic approach to the snowman’s arms, use small twigs instead of thin construction paper strips. You can easily find them in your backyard garden or outside of your house.

Tip 8: To make it more memorable, you can write your name, date, or holiday message on the snowman’s body or at the back and gift it to your loved ones. You can also use this easy snowman craft as a keepsake.
Tip 9: To give your snowman a sparkly and frosty look, you can use silver glitter powder. Sprinkle a small amount of silver glitter powder on the snowman’s hat, body, and scarf when the glue is still wet.
